Shipping policy

At HMD Furniture, we aim to deliver your furniture quickly, safely, and at the best possible value. Please review our shipping policy below.

Small Items (Parcel Delivery): Smaller items such as chairs, décor, and side tables will ship via UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers.

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $20.

In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 3–7 business days.

Standard delivery includes drop-off at your front door, porch, or building entrance.

For multi-unit buildings, delivery is to the lobby or designated receiving area.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you notice damage or missing parts: report it to us within 48 hours.

We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.

Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Fees: Return shipping fees and/or a restocking fee may apply for non-defective items.
